Mosquito Shield Inc. commenced in 2006 as a complimentary product line to an existing winter sporting goods product line namely KUUsport Manufacturing Limited.

Toronto-based KUUsport Manufacturing Limited has been in business for 28 years. We manufacture a full line of skiing, snowboarding and cross-country ski waxes, tools and accessories. Which are sold through out Canada, U.S.A., Europe, Australia, Japan and New Zealand. We are the leading manufacturer of waxes and tools in Canada.

We are 100% Canadian owned and operated company and all of our products are approved by Health Canada. Mosquito Shield products offer a full range of protection from 5% DEET to 30% DEET the maximum available in Canada.

Since appearing on CBC’s Dragons’ Den  (Season III), Mosquito Shield has enjoyed increased exposure both to retailers and to consumers, with everybody wanting to get on board and help Fight The Bite!

Dragons’ Den has presented Mosquito Shield with the unique opportunity to work with two of Canada’s leading entrepreneurial successes, Arlene Dickinson of Venture Communications, and W. Brett Wilson of First Energy and Prairie Merchant.  Negotiations continue, as the two Dragons have expressed a strong interest in partnering with Mosquito Shield to further develop the company.

Additionally, we carry mesh apparel, mosquito coils, bug zappers and other accessories. Mosquito Shield continues to expand its product line with innovative and competitive products for the Canadian Consumer.
